Jim's responsibilities include: Develop and implement strategies to challenge all church staff in their personal and professional development; Develop a comprehensive plan that clarifies staff organization and expectations that will position us for the future; Coordinate an on-going effort to develop leadership for all ministries of the church; Assist all teaching ministries with the desire to deepen biblical knowledge and retention as well as life-changing application.

He is also responsible for developing new ministries designed to lead Calvary into the future. He is challenged to develop new strategies and implementation plans to ensure Calvary continues to have maximum impact in the community and throughout the convention in the years ahead

Jim and Linda Kinney have three daughters and nine grandchildren.
